Vascular Anatomy: Probably looking for narrowing or blockages of the arteries that supply the arms. Sometimes an artery is very small (atretic) with resultant restriction of blood flow which will cause asymmetry of BP readings. Sometimes there are rib anomalies which can cause pressure on the artery going towards an arm (thoracic outflow syndrome). The CT may well show what's going on.
