Fatigue: There is a very long list of conditions and situations that lead to fatigue, so many other factors must be considered. A full evaluation includes analysis of daily habits and lifestyle (are you getting enough sleep?) plus a full medical history and exam to look for systemic causes. It's unlikely but not impossible that the Nexium (esomeprazole) is contributing, if the fatigue started after beginning that med.
