No: Without any hx or who she is this answer is a little limited. However, TAMOXIFEN IS NOT KNOWN TO BE TOXIC TO THE KIDNEYS & SHOULD NOT CAUSE RENAL PROBLMES in someone who needs it. There are rare side effects of any medication & Tamoxifen can increase calcium so someone with kidney stones should be monitored. It can also increase blood clotting so someone w a hx of a renal infarct should be careful
