Rule out Oslers: 22 year old woman with red blotchy painful bruises on inside of hands and fingertips. Have you had any injury? Do you have any fever or chills? Any recent catheterization? You should go to see a doctor immediately because you need an exam. The most concerning thing that comes to mind and needs to be ruled out are signs of endocarditis called Oslers nodes. Good luck
