Caffeine & Pregnancy: The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends moderate caffeine intake during pregnancy, under 200 mg/day (make sure you know how much you drink). However, you should consider switching to coffee and never drinking soda- it is bad for you and your family in the long run and contains too much sugar, which can affect your baby.
