Resting heart rate: Normal resting heart rate may be quite different among healthy individuals. 65 is normal, but "bad" or "good" resting heart rate is not very meaningful. Often very fit athletes will have a slower resting heart rate but not always. Heart rate beat to beat variability is a little more informative about cardiovascular fitness.
