Coffee intake.: More and more research is showing us true health benefits of drinking coffee. Weighing those benefits against the negative effects of drinking too much coffee puts us at a recommendation of 1-3 cups daily. Any more than that and you may start to experience negative effects - stomach aches, dehydration, anxiety, tremors.
