Likely ok: If the infection did not move up to your uterus and fallopian tubes (a disease called "PID", which causes fever, pelvic pain, and usually severe symptoms), then there is a good chance you will be fertile after treatment. I would not worry until you have tried to conceive for 6-8 months without luck. Then there are tests they can do to check your tubes, etc. Relax and good luck!
