You should take care: of your self . Follow ER doctors instruction , so you don't have to go back to crowded ER rooms , intended for emergencies . Maintain good healthy habits , eat high fibre balanced diet , regular exercises , drink plenty of fluids , go to your family doctor for regular check up visits , and you will never get in trouble like this again.
