This could be: ringworm, which is not a worm, but is a fungal skin infection, treated by an antifungal cream. It also could be a patch of eczema, which can be treated with a different cream. It would be best to have your doctor look at it, or you could consult with one of us on HealthTap Prime.

Over the counter: It may be ring worm. Try using over the counter medication for ring worm. If that does not treat the lesion in 7-10 days, you may wish to see a doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
