Do estradot patches helps to reduce scalp hair loss in men?

Not a good approach: There are several medical approaches to male baldness. This is a poor choice. Risk of blood clots. Probably will need to buy a bra.

Generally no: Transgender (male to female) patients on long term estrogen therapy, especially when started while in youth, may experience less male-pattern baldness than they would have otherwise. But generally no, it is not an accepted or effective therapy for male pattern hair loss. Adverse effects also greatly limit use. Minoxidil (Rogain) when used as directed works quite well.
