I am getting lower back pain.it is inside and has no effect on movement. why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not musculoskeletal : It may mean it is not musculoskeletal. That is it may not be bones or joints are muscles. It could be an internal structure in your pelvis that's causing the pain. This is something to discuss with your physician.
