Does postinor1 (or any morning after pill) work if it's taken 43 hours after the unprotected sex, which occurred 2 days after predicted ov?

Morning after pill: Emergency contraception has the best success rate in the first 24 hours. There is one morning after pill, Ella, (ulipristal acetate) which can work up to five days later. Having an IUD placed will also work and will provide ongoing contraception.
