Sounds like BV: There are several causes of vaginal odor. You will need to see your doctor for testing. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. The only real way to fix it is with antibiotics. Vaginal odor is not a symptom of pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test.
