Sebaceous cyst?: Hard to say without more information and direct examination, but a sebaceous cyst seems a good bet. SCs are harmless unless or until they becomes inflamed or infected (redness, enlargement, etc). No STD behaves like this, no worries there. See a doctor for examination and probable reassurance.

Many things : Most are not bad. Lipomas, cysts , plugged hair follicle, etc, If larger could be a hernia, especially if changing in size. See your doctor If concerned or if growing.
