Conflicting info...: Pharyngeal chlamydia is rare and you cannot get urethral (penile) discharge from it. Did you have a throat swab test positive for chlamydia? If so, you probably also had it in your urethra, even if that test was negative. But if your 7 d treatment was doxycycline, you are cured at both sites and your minor continuing discharge will clear up. Return to doctor or clinic if it continues another week.
