Nausea/Vomiting: It may have a variety of causes. You need an exam and labs. Abdominal X-rays as well as an ultrasound . It can be a viral infection/ulcer/pancreatitis or PREGNANCY. At this point you are severely dehydrated. Please go to the nearest ER for exam/labs PREGNANCY TEST. and abdominal Ultrasound.
