Acid throat/diarrhea: Could be gastitis/ reflux withor w/o h pylori a bacteria that needs to be treated .Can also be gastroenteritis with camphylobacter or other bug(salmonella, Ecoli,shigella, giardia, crytosporidia) or gallbladder or pancreas( if it is not working from disease like cystic fibrosis or alcohol effects have diarrhea), food intolerances-dairy, gluten. Try probiotic,keep hydrated but need f/u w/ doc
