Insuff Info: Abdominal Pain w/o an insult could be gastroenteritis (would expect diahhrea), could be pancreatitis, (gallbladder problem?), constipation, and since you are a female could be a ovarian cyst or a twisted ovary, or a twisting of the gut (Volvulous). If you cannot find an MD who can see you quickly, go to ER.
