Orthopaedics consult: You need to have a physical exam from an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand/upper extremity. Be ready for your appointment. When did the symptoms start? Any trauma to the arm? Which fingers tingle and go numb? On the back of your fingers or front also? Has the lump been growing at all? Know your family history, medical history, medications, allergies, surgical history. Good luck.
