Many side eff: Steroids like Dexamethasone are potent medications which have a list of side effects which is the size of a small novel. Exactly how it works is probably not well undrstood, but it acts on the RXR steroid receptor and affects DNA. It has most effects on the immune system. Talk to the prescribing doctor about what you are experiencing & see if continued treatment is warranted.
