How intoxicated would you have to be to choke on your vomit when drunk ?

Depend on the person: If you get so intoxicated that you cannot protect your airway, that can cause choking if someone vomits. But that you would a really high amount of alcohol, BAC (blood alcohol content) way above the legal limit of 0.08. So in some people it might take 5-6 drinks or in some 9-10. It would also depend on body size or the type of alcohol that is being consumed.
