My bp is 176/104 and on 2.05 ramipril is this very bad?

High BP.: Despite this dose of Ramipril, your BP is still high. Numbers should be around 120/80, certainly no higher than 140/90. You need better control of your BP. It's not unusual for someone with high BP to be on two, three or even four medications to achieve adequate control.
