After you have a baby what can't you do ? and when can you start working out ?

Postpartum activity: In general, after a vaginal delivery, you can start getting back to routine things (driving, cooking, grocery shopping, etc) about 1-2 weeks after. You should wait to resume exercise until after you have seen your doctor at 4-6 weeks postpartum. If you had a C-section, discuss these activities with your doctor first.
