A member asked:

Can toenail clippers used on someone with toenail fungus be cleaned so fungus won't reoccur from it?

Good idea: Very wise thinking. Most people probably wouldn't think of disinfecting nail clippers used by other persons, but in the case of toenail fungus it's definitely a good idea. Same if re-using the clipper yourself after your own toenail fungus was treated and cleared up. Soap and water, rubbing alcohol or gel, or any disinfectant all would work. Or run the clippers through the dishwasher.
