Maybe not, but...: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. The Depo shot should still protect in the thirteenth week but is not as predictable after that.

0.3% failure rate: Depo has a 0.3% failure rate even when used "perfectly". When used "typically" (ie missing doses etc), it has a 3% failure rate. The best answer to your question is, Yes, you COULD be pregnant since Depo is not 100% effective. Use a pregnancy test to be sure.
