See your FamilyDoc: Please be more specific. Where is your infection? Eyes? Sinuses? Throat? Lungs? Skin? Bones? Genitals? Some infections are mainly caused by viruses which won't respond to antibiotics. Others need medical attention immediately. I don't know about Serbia, but antibiotics are available by prescription only here in States. See your FamilyDoc/GP for evaluation & treatment.
