See your FamilyDoc: Assuming that you've never had bleeding/spotting during your years of Depo-Provera, it's best to see your Family Doc or GYN for evaluation as to what's changed & why you're not having periods. BTW, we don't recommend using Depo-Provera for more than 2yrs unless there's no better alternative.
