Be careful: first of all, I assume you are asking about the combination of clonazepam 0.5 mg twice a day with Percocet. Although many of my patients combine these medications and reported positive results, officially this combination is not encouraged or even "contraindicated" because of the additive sedating effect. A lot of over doses are happening from the combination of an opioid with benzodiazepines
