Probably: It's hard to say for sure without more info. The 20 lb wt loss & A1c of 6.4% are great! If you are still overweight losing more weight will likely help bring down the A1c & may start to lower the morning sugars, this can be hardest. It depends on how well your pancreas is working & your body uses insulin. Exercise(even gentle)will help you build muscle, use insulin easier, & control sugar better!
