See your doctor: Your symptoms could be due to a DVT (blood clot) which would require an ultrasound to diagnose. Alternatively, any surgery can facilitate nerve pain but that usually happens soon after the event. This is called complex regional pain syndrome. Another thing to consider in the area is meralgia paresthetica and inguinal hernia.
