Consider gallbladder: May be related to gallbladder disease. Poss an inflamed gallbgladder or a degree of Pabceatitis. Cannot R/O that this is gas pain in the colon. You need to see a primary care physician and get a good physical exam and imaging w/u initially with U/S of abd and Pelvis to include ovary, gallbladder and pancrease (pancrelipase). As well as lab tests. A twisted ovary is not someting one can wait and see about. .
