A member asked:

My doctor just said i have raynaud's phenomenon. are there any good vasodilators that are natural or or that don't have too many side effects?

No: Nothing that is all natural. You could try the calcium channel blocker this may or may not be effective. Keep the hands warm and protected

No: Not to my knowledge. Keep your extremities warm and move your limbs often if you are in the cold. There is no great treatment out there for raynaud's unfortunately
