This is an over-hyped problem that in the real world only occurs with a few rare antibiotics such as Rifampin for Tuberculosis. So you don't have to worry. Should be ok if...: If a woman starts her new pack of pills on time, she should still be protected every day. The chance of pregnancy should be very small, even with being on antibiotics, as along as she did not have stomach flu symptoms (wasn't vomiting up the pills, or having bad diarrhea). If worried, she can do a home pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex.
