Big stone: 7mm is a big kidney stone, but well within the range that is common. The chance of having more stones now or in future depends on the type of stone you have (get an analysis of the stone to find out), and the concentrations in your urine. You may need treatment to prevent future stones, talk to your doctor or see a kidney specialist to find out if this is needed.
