Evaluation: If he is short of breath, or has a fever, or looks blue, or has sharp pain in the chest when coughing, go immediately for an evaluation (your doctor, urgent care, or the ER). Get him checked if he looks worse or doesn't appear to be getting better in 1-2 days.
