Get Evalutated Now: You have not mentioned if you have a fever, vomiting cough or other symptoms. But the basic description, especially how fast it came on, is one of an infection & needs to be evaluated ASAP. There are also other possibilities, and these need to also be check for especially if now infection. You have what a lot of doctors call red flag symptoms which require evaluation now. I would go to an ER/UC.
