Is there anything i can do to help with dizziness from reducing my sertraline dose? i am doing a slow wean from 75 to 62.5mg for 2 weeks.

That is a slow wean: It would be wise to consult your prescriber regarding your dizziness and determine if it is from the reduction of sertraline or other cause. The prescriber may consider using fluoxetine to taper which has much less incidence of withdrawal. Best regards for relief.
