i have a fluttering in my stomach, feels like a baby but i'm not preg, mostly on the right side of abdomen, been a long time but more intense past 2wk?

Gas: is the commonest thing to confuse with quickening (baby movement) , but you do first need to be SURE you're not pregnant! If it's getting worse, time to be checked and possibly have some x-rays to see if there are abnormal gas collections that are trapped and causing this.

One other thing just occurred to me. I don't know about parasites in your area, but some intestinal parasite might also give this kind of feeling. An x-ray might reveal this, and stool testing should probably also be done to exclude this possibility.

Check with your doc: This sounds like gas but there must be a reason why you have so much gas. Discuss with your doc if you should have gastroscopy.
