I have what i believe to be some type of skin irritation or infection that's causing baldness in certain areas of my scalp & inflammation to my beard area that's causing puss to squeeze out through pours of my skin & if not still have smell of infctn?

See a dermatologist: What you are dealing with is often a fungal, bacterial or mixed infection or an inflammatory/autoimmune reaction. The cause needs to be diagnosed before therapy is instituted, because the treatments are so varied for the different causes. The wrong rx can make the problem even more severe.

See a dermatologist: Indicate it may be urgent. You left out most of the important information. You may need prompt attention if you are getting hairless scars.
