I have what i believe to be some type of skin irritation or infection that's causing baldness in certain areas of my scalp & inflammation to my beard area that's causing puss to squeeze out through pours of my skin & if not still have smell of infct?

2 infections: Infection causing the bald patches is usually fungal. The malodorous infection of the beard is probably a distinct bacterial infection that may or may not originate within the hair follicles. Both are treatable. Would discuss with you primary physician or visit a nearby urgent care center

Fungal infection.: You are describing a fungal infection of the hair follicles and adjacent skin in your beard. This is treated with anti fungal medication.
