Separate issues.: C Section is not ordinarily related to GI symptoms. Rarely it can cause scar tissue related impingement of intestine. Get tested for H Pylori, Get your stool examined, try Ranitidine or omeprazole for symptom relief. Hope you are not anemic/ gall bladder issues.
