Is there redness,: fever, ear pain or discharge from the eye? If so, she should definitely be seen by her doctor today. If she doesn't and has no medical contraindication, you could try giving her oral benadryl (diphenhydramine) and if not better, have her seen. It would also make sense to call her doctor and get advice from them, or contact one of us on Prime.
