A member asked:

What is viral vaginosis ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Something made up: This is not an actual entity. Bacterial vaginosis is a bacterial overgrowth in the vagina, so in theory a viral vaginosis would be a viral overgrowth of the vagina. This is not a useful concept and there is no clinical entity that I would describe in this way.
