Not really: The absence of symptoms is not an effective way to diagnosis pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

No: The hormones that trigger PMS are still present if there is a pregnancy, they just stay elevated instead of dropping when the period starts.
