Probably normal: Normal menses can vary by a few days from month to month over time as can the amount of flow. If irregular bleeding becomes a pattern, you should schedule an exam. If you are concerned that you might be pregnant, a home pregnancy should be done. Women on oral contraceptives usually have very regular menses. Natural cycles are often not so consistent.
