"bubbles" L.clavicle: hello, if this is not painful and happens 2x a year, it's not serious. Impossible to say what it is, I would guess some crepitus in the shoulder or A/C joint. Its unlikely to be AIR without communication from lung which would make you short of breath or from the skin in wards without the skin being punctured. See a MD when it happens again thanks
