It means nothing: There is very little growth of the uterus at 4 weeks pregnant to cause the abdomen to protrude. In other words, the uterus is still below the pubic bone in your pelvis and will not show. Multiple pregnancies(twins) or errors in pregnancy dating can show "early" on but not this soon.

Subsequent pregnancy: A first pregnancy will not be visible after a month - except possibly to your own perception. However, with the second or third baby, pregnancy will be visually apparent quite a bit earlier than the first.
