Possible trichomonas: Trichomonas vaginalis often has a greenish hue to the discharge, so it is possible that could be the cause. There is a simple test that can be done at the GYN'soffice to test for this, called a wet prep. This can determine if the discharge is from trich or some other bacteria. It is better to have the proper diagnosis rather than guessing what the problem could be and taking unnecessary meds.
