Low bp: Low blood pressure should be worked up and should include adrenal insufficiency, hypothyroidism and finally some form o dysautonomia. Work up can be done by an endocrinologi St or team approach with an electrophysiologist

Low BP & lightheaded: Symptomatic low blood pressure is fairly common among young women. Mild cases can often be treated by drinking more fluid and in some cases eating more salt. More severe cases need other testing and treatments. To get to the bottom of these symptoms a physician would want a detailed history and maybe some basic tests. Since you've had a work up already, consider a 2d opinion consult on HealthTap
